Lead Pastor

Sam is husband to Joey and father of 5. He holds degrees in Philosophy (BA), Psychology (BA), Theology (MTS), and is currently a Doctoral candidate researching leaderhip models for the church that foster spritiual growth and faith development. Sam's call as a pastor is particularly in the teaching vein. He aims to help the church understand the Biblical text as it was written in context so that we might better understand how to apply it to our own lives as we seek to follow Jesus. Be prepared to learn and be challenged when you come to hear him teach.

When he's not wearing his pastor hat, he can be found caring for his family, coaching a variety of sports (both for his own children and as a Varsity soccer coach), or playing a guitar, which he regularly plays with Immanuel Worship.
